About Angelo Segarra

Angelo Segarra Creativity comes in infinite variety, My mediums, the ones I choose to play in, are painting and teaching. Painting reminds me that I am creative, and teaching inspires me to paint.
I teach English at a University in China. I live and work on the Arts and Music Campus, where I get so much of my inspiration from the surroundings and from the students. I love teaching using creative designs. Teaching is an Art form, and my painting is inspired by it. I sometimes think I am teaching more about creativity than about language, and the results are astounding to me.
With painting I am able to constantly explore the edges of my thought and feeling. One of the best compliments I ever received was from an art collector who told me she never tires of looking at my paintings. My objective is for my work to continue to inspire, so this was a great compliment.
